We handle storm-damage repair coordination, hail-damage inspections, full roof replacements, residential and light commercial roofing, plus gutters and siding — with photo-documented scopes and no claim-handling on your behalf.

Inspection-first, no pressure: we tell you what your roof actually needs — spot repair, partial replacement, or full replacement — based on what we document on the roof. If it doesn’t need to be replaced, we’ll tell you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work on both residential and commercial roofs?

Yes. We handle residential roofing (asphalt, tile, metal) and light commercial roofing (EPDM and TPO membrane systems) across the Denver metro and Front Range. See the individual residential roofing and commercial roofing pages for details.

Do you do storm-damage and hail inspections?

Yes — storm and hail inspections are free. We walk the roof, document conditions with photos, check the soft-metal indicators (gutters, vents, flashing), and give you a written scope of what we found. If you have an active insurance restoration claim we provide the documentation your carrier needs — we don’t negotiate the claim on your behalf.

Are inspections actually free?

Yes. Roof inspections and estimates are free across all of our services. We’d rather come out, look at the roof, and tell you what we find — even if the answer is “your roof is fine, schedule a re-look in two years.”

What areas do you serve?

Denver metro and the Colorado Front Range — including Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Englewood, Parker, Castle Rock, Westminster, Arvada, Thornton, Northglenn, Wheat Ridge, and Golden.

How do you handle insurance restoration documentation?

We provide the photos, measurements, and written scope your insurance carrier needs to evaluate a storm-damage claim. The claim itself stays between you and your carrier — Colorado law draws a clear line between contractor and adjuster, and Green Slate stays on the contractor side of that line. See our insurance restoration page for the full documentation workflow.

Ready to scope your project?
