Commercial Roofing — Common Questions

What commercial roofing systems do you install?
We install two main flat-roof membrane systems: TPO (single-ply thermoplastic) and EPDM (synthetic rubber) — the two most common low-slope commercial systems in the Denver area. For commercial buildings with pitched roofs, we work in the same materials as our residential side: asphalt shingles, tile, and metal. The right system depends on roof slope, building use, insulation requirements, and budget.
What does a commercial roof replacement timeline look like?
Flat-roof TPO and EPDM replacements on a single-building project typically run 3–7 working days, weather permitting. Larger or multi-section roofs take proportionally longer. We share a project plan and phasing schedule before the project starts so you know when each section will be open and when materials and crew will be on-site — important for coordinating around customer traffic and deliveries.
How do you minimize downtime during a commercial roof project?
Three things, in order. First, we plan the work around your operating hours where possible — early-morning or after-hours starts when customer-facing traffic matters. Second, we phase the project so only part of the roof is open at any time, keeping the building weathertight throughout. Third, we keep the site cleaned up at end-of-day so customers, employees, and vendors aren’t walking through a construction zone.
Do you handle new construction as well as repairs?
Yes — we install commercial roofs on new construction, handle repair work on existing flat or pitched commercial roofs, and do full replacements when a roof has reached the end of its service life. On new construction we coordinate with the general contractor on schedule and access; on repairs and replacements we coordinate directly with the property owner or facilities manager.
What Denver-area commercial properties do you serve?
We serve 15 cities across the Denver metro and Colorado Front Range — including Arvada, Aurora, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, Westminster, Thornton, Littleton, and our home neighborhood of Applewood/Golden. Commercial buildings of all kinds, from small mixed-use storefronts to multi-tenant office and light-industrial properties. See the full service-area list →
Do you offer warranties on commercial roofing systems?
Yes. TPO and EPDM manufacturer warranties typically range from 10 to 30 years depending on the system and install package — heavier mil thickness and certified-installer programs unlock the longer terms. We walk through the warranty options before the project starts so you can match the warranty length to how long you plan to own or lease the building. We also stand behind our workmanship beyond the manufacturer warranty.
How do I get a free commercial roof assessment?
Call us at (720) 537-1149 or use the contact form. We schedule the on-site assessment at a time that works for your operations — often early-morning before opening or after-hours — and provide a clear, photo-documented scope of work and timeline.
